    We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must:

    • Be unused and in the same condition as received.

    • Include all original accessories.

    • Be returned in its original packaging whenever reasonably possible.

    • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

    Products returned in a condition that prevents resale may not be eligible for a refund.

    Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we'll provide detailed return instructions together with the correct return address.

    Please do not send your order back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


    Return Shipping

    Unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

    For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Snooria cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.


    Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

    Please inspect your order upon delivery.

    If your order arrives:

    • damaged,

    • defective,

    • or you receive the wrong item,

    please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos showing the issue.

    Once verified, we'll gladly provide either:

    • a free replacement, or

    • a full refund,

    at no additional cost to you.


    Exchanges

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

    If you'd like a different product or design, simply request a return and place a new order once your return has been approved.


    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

    • Personalized or custom-made products.

    • Gift cards.

    • Products that have been intentionally damaged, modified, or extensively used after delivery.

    • Products returned without essential components or accessories.

    Order Cancellations

    Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been processed for shipment.

    Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure described in this policy.


    Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

    If an order is returned to us because:

    • the delivery was refused,

    • the package was left unclaimed,

    • or an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer,

    any shipping, return shipping, customs or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.


    European Union Customers

    If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may also have additional statutory rights, including the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

    These statutory rights apply in addition to our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and are not affected by this policy.


    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

    If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
